CPN member Graham Oakes explains in this blog post, “Sometimes the impossible comes with the job.”
Whether you need some simple retouching, background removal, or adding people in a shot who weren’t even there in the first place, the CPN’s skills don’t stop at pressing the camera shutter.
Our CPN members are proficient in Adobe Photoshop for professional post production work.
This corporate group shot for Robson Lister – Wealth Management- in Sutton Coldfield has had 3 new members of staff added – and one removed – slide the midde of the image to spot the differences!

The stunning Lamborghini Urus 4×4. Shot on the streets in Birmingham’s Commercial Quarter. This exotic vehicle starts at over £150,000 so its very much in the supercar bracket.
A four litre V8 propels the vehicle to 60mph in 3.3 seconds. Graham and the client decided to photograph in an urban (yet refined) environment which provided its own post-production challenges.

Mr Scary – was shot after months of exchanges between Graham and this amazing special effects make up artist.
Shot with dramatic contrast lighting against a plain backdrop, Grahams’ go-to photoshop expert Karen Millward added the poor tortured souls to the creepy green background.

Whats there, what’s not there, what needs adding and what needs editing out – all performed seamlessly.
Pesky flags all taken out and what’s behind them all added in. Amazing retouching Photoshop work in the Building and Architectural sector.

Another job for Karen – the client had only asked for a straightforward “drinking water/healthy lifestyle vibe”.
Graham decided to go that extra mile (he has a great relationship with the client) and had the idea to produce an interesting storytelling image that puts over the clients healthy water container mindful and balanced aesthetic.

A beautiful mansion acts as the backdrop for a fabulous Aston Martin DB9 that simply wasn’t there!
All the reflection problems have been airbrushed out, but expert photo manipulation of the colours and ambient lighting helps to make the image work.

Off to Manchester for these images from Dave Burrows Photography – High End High Res Architectural work of this prestigious new project in Black Friar.
Street signage is often distracting, colourful cones just capture unwanted attention. All seamlessly removed in Photoshop to provide a more cohesive picture.

The Blackfriars area of Manchester is pictured by our Manchester Photographer Dave Burrows.
Both the people and the vehicles have been removed in Photoshop – as have the building barriers. This creates a smoother and more pleasing final image.

We can help you achieve the impossible! Please feel free to contact the CPN whether for one location or across the UK.
