Brighton CPN member Simon Callaghan was tasked to produce interior photography for a luxury beach front AirBnB rental.
The aim was to create marketing images to maximise the revenue streams for multiple AirBnBs.
Simon packed up his cameras and drone and arrived at the AirB&B location at Lancing Beach, East Sussex. CPN photographers are available to cover any part of the country, with one never being more than an hour or two away.
Knowing the huge challenge to photographers that bright sunshine and darker exteriors brings, Simon employed clever editing techniques and 10 years of interior photography experience to make sure we can see the beautiful view, as well as the interior of the room from which it can be seen.
The client at Strenson Investments loved the final shots, and bookings increased during the Summer of 2020.
