A professional commercial photographer’s kit – all this comes as standard!
I always wanted to show the business community what they are getting for their money on say a day’s shoot. So, inspired by the back cover on Pink Floyd’s Ummagumma where they laid out all of the kit they use to produce their incredible music, I decided to show the kit that potentially I use on either a studio or location shoot.

This image shows that whilst cameras and kit can be highly desirable for private individuals, for a professional photographer it’s all an absolute necessity.
To be able to solve any lighting challenge, to modify any kind of light, to solve any problem of distance and space with various lenses, communications equipment, laptops, ipads, bags, tripods, stands, jigs – are all essential bits of kit – oh and the drone!
Not only did I shoot this as a fused image still – as shown, we filmed the whole of the kit being set up with a drone and time lapse. Both available to clients on shoots of course!
