When the Bedfordshire NHS Maternity Hospital needed to publicise the new birthing pool for its website, they got in touch with North London commercial photographers DWP Imaging.

What might seem a simple job on the surface, it pulled on the extensive knowledge that John Larkin has gathered over the years. There is careful attention to detail with getting the right viewpoint of the pool, positioning furniture to highlight the main features in a single image. He also creatively used speedlites to enhance the space, making it welcoming and bright, but not showing as added light.
