It’s probably been 10 years since I last entered a photography competition – so it gave me great pleasure to be chosen for inclusion in Birmingham’s Frame 16 Photography Exhibition at Millennium Point.
The Frame 16 portrait section had over 170 entries and mine was one of only 40 to be framed and mounted for display on the walls.
It was particularly special as the portrait is of the terminally ill father of one of my clients. His proud family even travelled with him from Manchester so that he could see himself in print in amongst a selection of my peers’ most prestigious work.
